Easy Home-Bread for toddlers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of water 



Let’s do it!

1.  Put the yeast, in warm water to dissolve and let stand for around 10 minutes.
2.  Put the flour in a bowl and make a middle hole.
3.  Then add in the centre the yeast, and the olive oil and gradually add the water until you obtain a      firm and mouldable dough.
4.  Mash the banana and add it to the previous mixture. Remember that the banana contains enough sugar for your little one.

You will know when the dough is ready because it will not stick to your hands. 🙌🍞

5.  Preheat the oven to 400°
6.  Sprinkle cinnamon on the bread previously moulded to your preference and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes or when they are already golden brown. But the best indicator will always be your sense of smell!
