We are Alice's mother and aunt, two Colombian sisters with different lives. Nazly, Accountant by profession, married, mother of a beautiful 2-year-old girl living in Melbourne, Australia. And me, Julie, a Social Communicator, married 9 years ago, living in Montreal, Canada and in love with her little niece Alice.

We come from a large family, where our mother made all kinds of preparations to feed us in a healthy way and at a low cost because it was not easy to feed 6 little ones. All those soups, cakes, juices and snacks had relevance for us when two years ago Alice came into our lives.

When my sister Nazly began the stage of complementary feeding with Alice, we began to remember, discover and put into practice an endless number of recipes that we were saving and that today we want to share with you so that you have a source of inspiration in this process of growth of your little ones.  

Here we are not experts, we only share our experience and we hope that with your ideas you can improve ours!
