Avocado and chicken mush  



You need!

  • 15 gr of avocado
  • 15 gr of shredded chicken
  • 15 gr or onion
  • 15 gr cooked rice

Let’s do it!

Once the chicken and rice are ready, mix everything with fork and ready.

It is a very nutritious food, provides healthy fats avocado), animal protein (chicken), carbohydrate (rice) and vitamins and minerals (onion and avocado).

You can also add a little cilantro or basil to give it more flavor. You can also include other vegetables or fruit such as tomato, pieces of cooked lettuce or carrot.
