Delicious broccoli for your toddler

You need!

gr of cooked broccoli
- 80
gr of cooked potato
- 30
gr of quinoa flour or normal flour
- 6
gr of coriander
- 20
ml of water
Let’s do it!
The broccoli 🥦, coriander and boiled potato are processed (the idea is not to leave a uniform mixture, but to make small pieces).
Mix the water and flour aside until
a homogeneous mixture remains, then add it to the previously processed foods.
The mixture should be pasty but not too dry, if necessary, add a little more
water.
Roast in the pan previously hot at medium-low temperature. Browned side by side.
