Pumpkin muffin in air fryer

Ingredients
- Pre-cooked pumpkin
- Oat flour or flake oat
- vanilla essence
- egg
- honey
- Cinnamon
- Baking powder
- Coconut oil
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients
- Add in a bowl or directly in the mixer.
- Mix until a thick mixture is obtained.
- Pour the mixture into muffin tins (if you have one) or a cake pan.
- Put the muffin pans into the air fryer and let them bake for 15 minutes.
Remember that you don't need complicated ingredients to prepare healthy and nutritious food for your little one. These muffins can be served for lunch or as a snack. For example, Alice ate them for lunch with salmon and rice. 👍😉
