🍊🍌🍇Fruit

It is best to bring alternatives that can be eaten without cutlery and do not oxidize quickly.  

For example banana, tangerine, grapes or peach. 


🥕 carrot sticks: easy, delicious and quick to make.


🍞🥖 Bread: Whole wheat pita bread cut into triangles is a good option. 


🥛🍼 Milk: we recommend taking the milk with ice packs so that it is not damaged.
